Marketing Specialist – Email, Content & SEO

About the role

Toptal is seeking a results‑driven Marketing Specialist to lead email marketing, automation, content creation, SEO, and social media initiatives. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑performing campaigns that align with brand goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, QA, test, report, and optimize email marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Build and manage automated journeys, audience segmentation, and A/B tests in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, engagement) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Write and edit high‑quality blog posts, SEO‑focused articles, and refresh existing content to improve rankings.
• Create compelling social media copy, support the content calendar, and adapt messaging for each channel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on email marketing and automation.
• Willingness to learn or deepen expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud if not already familiar.
