About the role

STOOS Consulting is looking for a qualified Field Manager based in Guatemala to lead research, assessment, monitoring, evaluation and third‑party monitoring projects for humanitarian and development programmes. The role focuses on coordinating field operations and ensuring high‑quality, ethical data collection.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all field activities for assigned projects.
Supervise data collection teams and manage day‑to‑day logistics.
Facilitate access to field sites and ensure smooth operational support.
Maintain strict standards of data quality, ethics, confidentiality, safeguarding and Do No Harm principles.
Support the implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and third‑party monitoring assignments.

Required profile

Proven experience in field management, monitoring and evaluation or research within humanitarian or development contexts.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage logistics and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
Strong understanding of data quality assurance and safeguarding protocols.
