About the role

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Technician (type A) to join our production team. The role involves maintaining and repairing complex machinery, ensuring high quality and safety standards while supporting junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports and documentation for services performed.
• Diagnose and resolve complex failures in machinery and equipment using specialized tools.
• Guarantee the quality of work and meet established deadlines.
• Maintain order and compliance with safety regulations in the work area.
• Interpret technical manuals, electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Supervise and provide technical assistance to lower‑category mechanics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Ability to work under time constraints while maintaining safety standards.
• Leadership capability to guide junior mechanics.
