About the role
The position is for a General Physician working on rotating 24‑72‑hour shifts in a hospital located in Zone 4 of Mixco. The role involves providing primary medical care to patients during assigned shift periods.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to patients throughout each 24‑72‑hour shift.
- Deliver general medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
Required profile
- Medical degree with an active medical license (collegiate registration optional).
- Previous experience as a shift (turnista) physician.
Required skills
What we offer
- Payment per shift: Q1,000 for physicians with registration, Q750 for those without.
- Estimated monthly earnings of Q7,000 (registered) or Q4,500‑5,000 (non‑registered).
- Free parking at the facility.
- Ability to work in other hospitals, provided shift hours are coordinated.
