About the role

The Occupational Physician will ensure comprehensive medical care for employees, promote disease and accident prevention, and safeguard staff wellbeing while ensuring compliance with occupational health measures within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations and care to employees.
• Attend medical emergencies and follow up on cases as needed.
• Conduct medical examinations and monitor occupational health programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date medical records while guaranteeing confidentiality.
• Develop and lead health promotion and prevention activities in the workplace.
• Issue medical recommendations based on diagnoses and employee conditions.
• Coordinate medical referrals when required.
• Support initiatives related to occupational risk prevention and employee wellbeing.

Required profile

• Active medical doctor (Médico y Cirujano) registration.
• Preferable experience in occupational or workplace health.
• Professional responsibility, ethics and strict confidentiality in handling medical information.
