About the role
The Hospital El Pilar is seeking a qualified Medical Doctor and Surgeon to join its team as a resident physician. The position involves working on a 24‑hour on / 48‑hour off schedule, providing direct patient care in a dynamic hospital environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver medical and surgical care to admitted patients under supervision.
- Participate in daily rounds, emergency interventions, and follow‑up consultations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
Required profile
- Medical Doctor and Surgeon degree.
- Active professional license (collegiado activo).
- Willingness to work the 24x48 shift pattern.
