Médico(a) Junior de Salud Preventiva

About the role

We are looking for a General Physician with a strong interest in preventive health and workplace wellbeing. The role blends primary medical care with the organization and follow‑up of health initiatives aimed at our staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care and basic health guidance when needed.
• Coordinate vaccination drives, preventive sessions and health‑promotion activities.
• Maintain communication with health centers, external providers and support institutions.
• Schedule and accompany medical or preventive activities across various work sites.
• Conduct periodic visits to monitor employees’ health conditions.
• Follow up on disabilities, medical cases and health recommendations.
• Maintain records, indicators and basic reports of performed activities.
• Support campaigns on nutrition, occupational health, common illnesses and healthy lifestyles.
• Identify cases that require referral to specialists or care centers.
• Work under the guidelines of the Preventive Medicine Management team.

Required profile

• Medical degree (General Physician) with active registration and a valid license to practice.
• Initial experience in primary care, preventive health or occupational health; low experience is acceptable if the candidate shows initiative, organization and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate activities with external institutions and providers.
• Willingness to travel to different work locations.
• Basic competence in handling health records, reports and indicators.
• Organized, solution‑oriented and able to work autonomously while recognizing when specialist care is needed.
