NPI Specialist – Nutrition Business

About the role

The NPI Specialist will drive the successful launch of new nutrition products across the Central America, Dominican Republic (CADR) region. This position balances new product introduction (70%) with demand support (30%) to ensure market readiness and sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and integrate new products and product changes in the CADR region according to schedule and volume targets.
• Develop financial and market analyses to support product manager decision‑making.
• Lead monthly project status meetings and co‑lead bi‑weekly PPMO meetings.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet launch milestones and monitor compliance.
• Prepare and present NPI infographics at monthly S&OP meetings.
• Participate in portfolio rationalisation and cost‑leadership programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or Nutrition.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar NPI or product launch role.
• Project management experience and basic financial knowledge.
• Proficiency with PBI, QV and SAP information systems.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
