About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our manufacturing team as a Spray and Mill Operator. The role involves processing scrap material generated during production shifts, ensuring it is ground and sprayed according to established standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive scrap and sign technical sheets to track incoming materials.
• Separate scrap by colour, report totals per colour and prevent cross‑contamination.
• Grind material according to colour and clean equipment between colour batches.
• Weigh, identify and deliver ground material bundles to the warehouse for inventory control.
• Complete and submit the mill process control sheet.
• Follow all industrial safety procedures and company policies.

Required profile

• Complete high school diploma (Diversificado completo).
• At least 1 year of experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Operation of grinding and spraying equipment.
