About the role
We are looking for an Industrial Conservation Operator to support preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration systems, cold rooms and air‑conditioning equipment. The role ensures optimal operation of all equipment by following established procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Check and adjust oil levels in compressors to guarantee proper functioning.
- Inspect and maintain carts (carretas) to ensure they operate correctly.
- Perform welding tasks required for equipment repair and maintenance.
- Carry out maintenance on evaporators of cold rooms.
- Charge refrigerant gas into cooling systems.
- Provide support on technically complex or newly acquired machinery.
Required profile
- Basic secondary education (high school, 9th year).
- Knowledge of welding techniques.
- Understanding of refrigeration and cooling system principles.
