About the role

The Production Operator (Operario de Producción) is responsible for carrying out non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the first‑level manufacturing process in a food‑handling environment. The role ensures that production targets are met while adhering to quality, safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical, maintaining productivity and meeting production schedules.
Follow established procedures, policies and processes to guarantee product quality and food safety.
Handle food products according to HACCP guidelines and relevant governmental regulations.
Maintain and protect company assets, ensuring proper use and functionality of equipment.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently, contributing to the workload of each production area.

Required profile

Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
No prior experience required.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Commitment to safety, quality and hygiene standards.

Required skills

Knowledge of HACCP food‑safety principles.
