About the role
The Production Operator performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the first‑level manufacturing process. The role ensures that production targets are met while complying with quality, safety and food‑handling standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity and meet the assigned production load for each area.
- Follow HACCP, quality, and food‑safety regulations to guarantee product safety.
- Protect company assets by ensuring proper use and upkeep of equipment.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) completed.
- No prior work experience required.
