About the role
The Production Operator performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the first‑level production process in a food manufacturing environment. The role ensures that daily production targets are met while adhering to quality, safety and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity and meet the assigned production load for each area.
- Follow HACCP and other food‑safety regulations to guarantee product quality and safety.
- Care for company assets, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Comply with established procedures, policies and processes.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of HACCP principles.
