About the role
The Production Operative performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the first‑level manufacturing process. The role ensures that production targets are met while adhering to quality, safety and food‑handling standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity and meet the assigned production load for each area.
- Follow HACCP and other food‑safety regulations to guarantee product safety.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and governmental regulations.
- Protect company assets by using equipment and tools correctly.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety procedures (HACCP).
- Ability to perform simple production operations.
