About the role

The company is looking for a Production Operator to work on the second‑level line of prepared food products. The role involves carrying out non‑critical, semi‑skilled tasks while ensuring productivity, quality, and food safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

Execute operational activities of the second‑level production process, following defined procedures.
Maintain productivity targets and meet the assigned production load for each area.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and HACCP regulations.
Handle food products according to Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) and food‑handling standards.
Protect company assets by using equipment correctly and reporting any issues.

Required profile

Primary education (sixth grade) completed.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within poultry or meat production plants.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) and food‑handling procedures.
