About the role
The Operario Pollo en Pie works on a poultry farm, responsible for the daily care and handling of chickens. The role ensures that all birds are managed according to the farm’s standard operating procedures and production targets.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine care tasks for chickens, including feeding, watering, and health monitoring.
- Follow established farm procedures to maintain bio‑security and animal welfare standards.
- Record observations and report any deviations from expected production parameters.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment within the poultry houses.
Required profile
- Completed primary and secondary education (high school).
- Ability to work outdoors in a farm setting.
- Attention to detail and willingness to follow written procedures.
