Operations Analyst

About the role

Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is seeking an Operations Analyst to drive the optimization and standardization of business processes across the organization. The role is based on‑site in Guatemala City and focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through systematic analysis and improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and workflow diagrams.
• Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance.
• Lead and coordinate process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align initiatives with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or similar roles.
• Proven experience creating SOPs, workflows, and detailed process documentation.

Required skills

• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Ability to design and monitor performance metrics (KPIs).
