Optimizador de Medios Digitales

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Media Optimizer to continuously improve the performance of our clients' online advertising campaigns. You will work closely with creative, account and media teams to ensure maximum return on investment.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize digital campaign performance in real time, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Monitor traffic and key performance metrics to guarantee campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to identify best practices.
• Implement and oversee tracking tools to measure campaign impact.
• Identify and resolve technical or quality issues affecting performance.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners and industry stakeholders.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital media planning.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and create effective strategies.
• Project‑management experience to deliver campaigns efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or current studies in Marketing, Digital Communications, Advertising or a related field.
• Immediate availability.
