Outbound Sales Representative – Remote (Latam)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our remote team serving Latin America. The role involves high‑volume cold calling, lead qualification and appointment setting to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 50–70+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
• Introduce the company’s services and clearly communicate the value proposition.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and identify customer needs.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Schedule appointments, transfer qualified leads, or move prospects to the next sales stage.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, or CRM as needed.
• Maintain accurate notes and update lead information in the CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly call‑volume, activity, and conversion targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout high‑volume calling.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Proven ability to manage 50–70+ outbound calls per day.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and objection‑handling skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Comfortable working with sales scripts while sounding natural and conversational.
• Results‑oriented and comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets.
• Reliable computer, stable internet connection, headset, and professional remote workspace.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
