Paid Media Analyst / Digital Trafficker

About the role

The Digital Trafficker (Paid Media Analyst) joins VML’s performance marketing team, acting as the operational engine for cross‑channel campaign execution, optimisation and reporting across social and display platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and launch campaigns on Meta, Google Ads (Display) and other social platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn and X, configuring audience targeting and uploading creatives.
• Monitor daily media spend to ensure budgets are paced accurately and adjust pacing as needed.
• Manage day‑to‑day account mechanics, including placement performance reviews, bid management and optimisation changes to scale campaigns efficiently.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks on live ads, verify landing page functionality and ensure creative specifications meet brand‑safety standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on digital trafficking experience, primarily on Meta and Google Ads (Display).
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented professional with a strong command of media platforms and audience segmentation.
• Ability to work closely with a supervisor to execute cross‑channel strategies and meet client performance goals.
