Paid Media Analyst / Digital Trafficker

About the role

The Digital Trafficker joins VML's performance marketing team to act as the operational engine for cross‑channel campaign execution, optimisation and budget pacing across social and display platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and launch campaigns on Meta, Google Ads (Display) and other social platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn and X, configuring audience targeting and uploading creative assets.
• Monitor daily media spend, ensuring budgets are paced accurately and aligned with monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day account mechanics, including placement performance reviews, bid adjustments and optimisation changes.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks on live ads, verifying landing page functionality and creative specifications.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on digital trafficking experience, primarily on Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and cross‑functional teams.
