Paid Media Specialist

About the role

Pacifiko is building a regional e‑commerce platform and is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own the implementation of its digital advertising strategy across Meta, Google and TikTok. You will directly influence the growth of the business and the shopping experience of millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid‑media campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok platforms.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and maximize return on ad spend.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing.
• Collect, consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to generate strategic insights.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with the country manager, marketing manager and other department leaders to align initiatives with commercial goals.

Required profile

• University degree or final year in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing, or proven experience in digital paid‑media optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
