Parking Auditor – Oakland Place

About the role

We are looking for a Parking Auditor to ensure accurate financial, administrative and operational control of our Oakland Place parking facility. The role involves daily revenue reconciliation, cash handling and supporting the operational team to deliver transparent and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cash reconciliations and revenue audits for the parking operation.
• Control cash flow, verify collections and prepare financial reports for the Accounting department.
• Monitor parking operations, identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Support the operational team, commercial partners and guests, guaranteeing order and excellent service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Public Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar cash‑handling or audit positions.
• Proven experience with cash reconciliation, auditing and internal control processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Office 365.
• Strong numerical analysis skills; experience with parking management systems is a plus.
