Key responsibilities

• Conduct security screening and passenger service procedures at check‑in and gate areas.
• Assist passengers as requested, handling inquiries and providing guidance.
• Process reservations, issue tickets and complete check‑in while ensuring compliance with travel documentation and security protocols.
• Check baggage, inform passengers of excess‑baggage charges according to tariff rules.
• Lift and carry bags or boxes weighing up to 70 lb and stand for prolonged periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Working knowledge of the Sabre reservation system.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent customer‑service, communication and organizational skills.
• Professional personal grooming as per company standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and as a proactive team player.
• Fluency in English and the native language.
