About the role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to lead our payroll function. The role requires deep knowledge of Guatemalan labor and tax regulations and the ability to manage a large payroll operation for over 500 employees.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, including managing payroll for 500+ employees.
- Proven leadership of a team of at least 5 staff members.
- Strong understanding of Guatemalan labor legislation, payroll regulations, and local taxes.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF statements, data validation, large‑dataset analysis).
- Experience with payroll systems such as Evolution and Workday.
