Payroll Support Representative

About the role

The Payroll Support Representative will assist customers who use a leading payroll platform, ensuring they receive accurate and timely solutions. This position combines customer service excellence with a solid understanding of payroll and financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to payroll platform users via phone, chat or email.
• Diagnose and resolve payroll‑related issues, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Document interactions and solutions in the company’s ticketing system.
• Collaborate with product and finance teams to escalate complex cases.
• Participate in training and nesting sessions before transitioning to a hybrid work model.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support, banking, finance, accounting, payroll or related financial operations.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
