About the role

The Supply Planner will ensure optimal OTIF performance and inventory days while supporting production across multiple warehouses. The role focuses on balancing supply and demand to maximize production efficiency without compromising service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Generate production and packaging schedules for assigned plants based on market demand, inventory policies, and targets.
• Administer and monitor plant production to align with market demand.
• Prepare and update weekly production and packaging programs.
• Coordinate finished‑goods transfers between warehouses, streamlining processes and maintaining control.
• Supply warehouses according to defined inventory levels, keeping stock organized and available.
• Balance production loads across plants or production lines to maintain equilibrium.
• Lead material explosion (MRP) and repurchase of production inputs, ensuring up‑to‑date reports.
• Create dispatch plans for each logistics center or client, maintaining orderly logistics.
• Plan efficient production runs to achieve the best production cost.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in production planning, demand forecasting, MRP handling, and safety stock management.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
