About the role
The Project Leader will plan, coordinate and ensure the successful execution of real‑estate development projects, guaranteeing that all deliverables meet the organization’s standards for budget, schedule, and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage economic, material and human resources to meet budget, time and quality requirements.
- Coordinate and integrate technical studies, terms of reference and construction drawings to ensure correct project execution.
- Develop construction programmes and bidding documentation to drive progress according to the strategic plan.
- Secure and manage construction contracts, licences and permits to guarantee proper execution conditions.
Required profile
- Architect or Civil Engineer, graduate degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or Project Planner.
- Availability to travel to multiple project sites.
- English proficiency of at least 80%.
Required skills
- Project management methodology.
- MS Project.
- AutoCAD.
- Revit.
- BIM.
