About the role

The Planning Project Manager will lead BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology across all COMOSA projects, ensuring efficient planning, effective collaboration from concept to construction, and full compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage BIM processes to guarantee 100% complete deliveries according to the schedule approved by the Board of Directors.
• Coordinate complete planning for construction licence acquisition.
• Coordinate complete planning for construction drawings.
• Coordinate FHA planning and overall project planning.
• Facilitate stakeholder coordination and collaboration.
• Oversee data and documentation management.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project planning and coordination using BIM.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Deep understanding of BIM standards and regulations.
