Project Manager | Ingeniero Civil – Construcción

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with a strong Project Management mindset to lead construction projects from initial planning through final delivery. The role requires ensuring that time, cost, quality and scope objectives are met while coordinating contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, control, coordinate and make timely decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage budgets, cost control, schedules and progress reporting.
• Oversee contractor administration, quality control and resource allocation.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Required profile

• Civil Engineer graduate with an active professional license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing full‑cycle construction projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Project planning tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
• Business intelligence tools like Power BI.
• Familiarity with BIM or similar construction management software.
