Project Manager – Nivel Middle

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong focus on managing and coordinating technology initiatives. The role is centered on project delivery rather than software development, making it ideal for candidates with solid project‑management experience in IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver technology projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate schedules, priorities, resources, and deliverables across multidisciplinary teams.
• Act as the main liaison between business areas, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, ensure milestones are met, and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Organize project meetings, status updates, and maintain clear documentation.
• Support backlog management, task prioritization, and apply agile best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in project processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience managing technology or IT projects.
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, planning, and tracking abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining visibility on multiple activities.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode in Guatemala.
