QA Engineer – Integration Testing & Documentation

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will design and execute comprehensive integration tests to ensure software quality and performance. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and continuously improve testing processes to enhance the overall quality of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and design test cases based on requirements and specifications and execute functional and non‑functional tests.
• Create detailed user manuals that explain software usage and keep documentation up‑to‑date.
• Evaluate change requests, analyze their impact, and implement a formal change‑management process with review, approval, and documentation.
• Facilitate review and feedback sessions to learn from successes and areas for improvement throughout the software lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to optimise testing, documentation, and change‑management processes and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse quality metrics to spot trends and critical areas needing attention.

Required profile

• 5 years of experience as a software quality and technology analyst, including at least 1 year in financial services or products.
• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering; a master’s degree in processes or projects is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of software development for web and mobile applications.
• English proficiency of at least 80 %.
