About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable payment receiver to join our branch. The position involves handling cash transactions, assisting customers, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. No prior experience is required, making it an ideal entry‑level opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at the counter.
• Perform cash receipt and delivery operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
• Verify the authenticity of customer documents and data.
• Reconcile the cash drawer and ensure all transactions match system records.
• Record all transactions accurately in internal banking systems.
• Guide customers on available products and services.
• Adhere to security, confidentiality, and financial risk‑prevention standards.
• Support administrative tasks related to the cash handling area.

Required profile

• Complete secondary education (high school) with a focus on accounting, computing, administration or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to work the schedule set by the agency.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• No previous work experience required.
