About the role
We are looking for a Junior Bilingual Recruiter to join our high‑volume BPO recruitment team in Guatemala. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while supporting the hiring of Spanish‑English speaking talent.
Key responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end recruitment processes for bilingual positions, from talent sourcing to interview coordination.
- Utilize outsourcing channels and conduct pre‑screening to build a qualified candidate pipeline.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and meet defined hiring targets.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Systems Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high‑volume recruitment.
