Recruiter – Advanced English (Call Center)

About the role

Alorica, a leader in outsourced contact management solutions for B2B and B2C sectors, is seeking a Recruiter with advanced English proficiency to support its call‑center operations. The role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidates to final placement, ensuring alignment with business needs and talent strategy. This position works on‑site with rotating AM/PM schedules, including weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define hiring requirements, work environment, compensation, timelines, and related processes.
• Interview and screen candidates to verify qualifications for open positions.
• Conduct targeted research using internal databases to locate qualified candidates.
• Administer skills testing and office interviews to assess capability and aptitude.
• Present job opportunities, negotiate offers, and draft offer letters for selected candidates.
• Complete the hiring process by securing sign‑off on offer letters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Work experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Results‑oriented, proactive, and able to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Willingness to work on‑site with rotating schedules, including weekends.

Required skills

• Upper‑intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency (CEFR B2 level).
