Recruitment Analyst III – AI (Remote, Central America)

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Recruitment Analyst to join our global team. Key responsibilities

• Screen online global application forms and candidate profiles to assess suitability for various roles.
• Manage applicant questionnaires, follow‑up communications and daily correspondence with candidates worldwide via email.
• Track and update candidate information in our systems with high accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Assist with data collection and preliminary analysis of recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team and internal/external stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a dedicated sourcing, recruitment, administration or coordination role.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Languages, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional English proficiency (B2 high); additional languages are a strong plus.
• Intermediate Excel skills (an Excel assessment will be part of the selection process).

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in Google G‑Suite.
• Use of case‑management tools.
• Knowledge of professional social‑media channels for recruitment.
• Intermediate Excel capabilities.
