Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Recruitment Manager leads the talent acquisition function, designing and executing strategies to attract, assess and hire top talent while meeting business hiring goals and service level agreements. The role ensures a seamless candidate experience and drives continuous improvement across the recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
• Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and design multi‑channel sourcing plans.
• Lead, coach and evaluate a team of recruiters and support staff, setting performance metrics and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations while meeting service level agreements.
• Serve as primary recruitment partner for hiring managers, providing regular progress updates and market insights.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at job fairs and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years managing recruitment teams.
• Proven experience in high‑volume hiring environments such as BPO, shared services, customer service, sales or operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
