Remote Bilingual Support Specialist (Spanish/English)

About the role

Yango Group is seeking a remote Support Specialist based in Guatemala to assist customers in both Spanish and English. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, helping to resolve issues quickly and gather valuable feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner.
• Make outbound and proactive calls to customers and partners.
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with internal teams.
• Collect customer feedback and relay insights to product, sales, and marketing departments.

Required profile

• Passion for helping people and strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑management abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately.
