Remote Marketing Supervisor – Latin America

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor will lead and execute day‑to‑day marketing initiatives for a growing family and immigration law firm, focusing on brand awareness, qualified leads, and overall growth across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies, goals, campaigns and performance targets.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, optimizing spend based on cost‑per‑lead, acquisition, conversion rates and ROI.
• Analyze performance data, trends and lead sources to improve qualified lead generation and conversion.
• Set marketing KPIs, monitor results and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for SEO and digital‑marketing vendors, overseeing strategy, deliverables and deadlines.
• Implement SEO tactics: keyword optimization, website content, landing pages, local search and Google Business Profile.
• Supervise the Marketing Coordinator, delegating tasks, providing coaching and ensuring timely delivery.
• Create and manage social media, graphics, short‑form videos, employee features and client testimonials.
• Produce, edit and distribute the monthly newsletter and track engagement.
• Oversee day‑to‑day marketing operations, campaigns, projects and vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3‑5 years progressive marketing experience, including digital marketing, SEO and analytics.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proven experience designing and evaluating SEO strategies.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Business Profile (or comparable tools).
• Ability to develop dashboards, KPIs and performance reports for management.
• Experience managing external marketing, SEO, advertising or creative vendors.
• Prior experience in law‑firm or professional‑services marketing is a plus.
