Our portfolio of Disney entertainment websites is seeking reliable, detail‑oriented team members to support daily operations. The position is fully remote and ideal for a genuine Disney fan who enjoys working independently while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key responsibilities

• Format, schedule, and syndicate digital articles across multiple websites.
• Leverage AI tools to categorize, classify, and make minor edits to articles.
• Manage multiple newsletter campaigns and ensure sponsored ads are placed on schedule.
• Coordinate all phases of reader giveaway campaigns, including tracking, random drawings, winner notification, and prize fulfillment.
• Communicate task updates, questions, and issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Passionate Disney fan with strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working remotely, including weekend availability.
• Previous experience as a remote virtual assistant with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital publishing platforms; experience with email marketing software is a plus.
