Remote Sales Development Representative (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our remote team serving the LATAM and Caribbean markets. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision‑makers that match the ideal customer profile.
• Qualify prospects using BANT criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
• Schedule and hand off qualified discovery meetings to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM and track outreach metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and improve targeting.
• Provide feedback on prospect responses and market trends.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven experience in sales development, prospecting, or a customer‑facing role.
• Professional English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet activity targets.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
