Remote Talent Partner – Recruiter

About the role

Viva Talent is a remote‑first company that connects fast‑growing US startups with top Executive Assistants and Recruitment Coordinators across Latin America. As a Talent Partner you will own the end‑to‑end candidate experience, ensuring every interaction is clear, engaging and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the candidate journey from first outreach through interviews and pre‑onboarding.
• Design and continuously improve recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep recruitment processes moving quickly while maintaining high quality.
• Use recruiting data to spot bottlenecks and optimise hiring workflows.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation tools to reduce manual work and scale the candidate experience.
• Introduce fresh, modern ideas that enhance every interaction with Viva Talent.
• Adapt rapidly in a high‑volume recruiting environment without sacrificing detail.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations or related fields.
• Passion for applying AI to redesign recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience.
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating in English at a C1 level or higher.
• Proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Stable professional background, including at least one role held for 2 + years.
