Remote Trainer for Executive Assistants

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Trainer to develop and coach Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will design learning experiences, embed AI tools into training, and ensure talent is ready to serve fast‑growing U.S. and Canadian startups.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live sessions, simulations, role‑plays and 1:1 coaching to prepare EAs for client assignments.
• Design and update curricula, rubrics, playbooks and other learning resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage high‑volume cross‑functional communication and ensure smooth staffing.
• Leverage AI daily, coach EAs on AI adoption, and implement automations to scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in training, instructional design, L&D or coaching.
• Fluent (C2) English – written and spoken.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools and a strong appetite for continuous learning.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to extract insights and drive improvements.
• Proactive, structured and high‑ownership attitude.
