About the role

We are looking for a proactive Chat Sales Representative to join our remote team. You will engage with customers via chat, promote exclusive digital content, and close sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with clients through live chat to present and sell digital subscription products.
• Apply persuasive techniques to attract, retain, and upsell customers.
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring successful closures.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
• Use logical reasoning and numerical skills to resolve customer queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in formal or informal sales markets.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities, with a proven closing record.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to varied customer situations.
• Basic English proficiency (B1+ level preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Google Sheets.
