About the role
We are seeking a proactive Telephone Sales Representative to manage relationships with active and inactive clients, drive new business opportunities, and support the growth of our logistics services. The role involves strategic sales planning, client communication, and coordination with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with existing and former clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic agenda for closing sales.
- Prospect, quote, and sell services to assigned customers and new leads.
- Inform clients about tariff updates and route changes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for commission calculations.
- Plan national visit routes and conduct client trainings on service updates.
- Draft medium‑ and long‑term contracts for key accounts in coordination with legal.
- Document service incidents and provide solutions alongside operations.
- Assist in commercial meetings and coordinate client appointments.
Required profile
- Student or graduate in Business Administration, International Trade, Customs, or Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in freight agencies or import operations.
- Intermediate English and native Spanish proficiency.
Required skills
- CRM management
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
What we offer
- Full‑time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8 am‑6 pm.
