About the role
We are looking for a Technical Representative specialized in electronics to provide repair and on‑site assistance for a range of printing equipment brands. The role involves traveling to client locations, diagnosing electronic issues, and ensuring equipment is back to optimal performance.
Key responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of electronic components in various printing devices.
- Provide on‑site technical assistance and support to customers.
- Document service actions and report findings to the central team.
- Travel to client sites using a personal vehicle, ensuring timely service delivery.
Required profile
- Technical background in electronics or related field.
- Experience with printing equipment or similar electronic systems (preferred).
- Familiarity with network connectivity concepts.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
