About the role

We are looking for a Research & Development Engineer specialized in AI/ML to design and deliver cutting‑edge web products. The role combines full‑stack development with the integration of machine‑learning models, driving digital transformation for Tribal.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement advanced full‑stack web applications using modern, scalable architectures.
Develop robust front‑end solutions with React, Vue.js or Angular and back‑end APIs with Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask), Node.js (Express, NestJS) or PHP (Laravel).
Integrate AI and machine‑learning components, building data pipelines and real‑time dashboards.
Research emerging technologies, prototype innovative features, and document best practices.
Design efficient data architectures, optimize complex SQL/NoSQL queries, and manage data warehousing/ETL processes.

Required profile

5+ years of full‑stack development experience with a proven production portfolio.
Strong background in micro‑services, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Demonstrated ability to work with third‑party APIs and cloud services.
Commitment to clean code, quality, and continuous learning.
