About the role

We are looking for a Construction Site Resident to oversee the El Naranjo project. The role involves managing daily site activities, ensuring cost efficiency, and delivering the project on schedule while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Control project costs and monitor budget adherence.
• Manage the construction schedule and track progress against timelines.
• Evaluate work performance and productivity on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Own vehicle and personal computer for field work.
• Proven experience as a site resident or project supervisor.
• Willingness to travel to the assigned project location.

Required skills

• Knowledge of metal structure assembly (preferred).
