About the role

We are looking for a qualified Construction Site Resident to oversee the execution of projects in Zona 18. The role involves ensuring that works are carried out on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating on‑site activities.

Key responsibilities

• Control and monitor project costs.
• Manage the construction schedule and track timelines.
• Assess and report work performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

Required profile

• Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Own vehicle and personal computer.
• Proven experience as a site resident or project supervisor.
• Willingness to travel to the assigned project location.

• Metal structure knowledge.
• Assembly techniques.
• Cost control.
• Project scheduling.
