About the role

The company is seeking a qualified Construction Site Resident to oversee the execution of works in Zona 18. The professional will be responsible for ensuring that the project meets cost, schedule, and quality expectations while managing on‑site activities.

Key responsibilities

• Control project costs and monitor budget adherence.
• Manage the construction schedule and ensure timely progress.
• Track work performance and productivity on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Own vehicle and personal computer for field work.
• Proven experience as a site resident or project supervisor.
• Availability to be mobilized to the assigned project location.

Required skills

• Knowledge of grey work (structural concrete).
• Experience with metal structures and assembly.
• Construction cost control.
• Project scheduling and time management.
